We have a short quiz those students who are unsure which field they want to pursue a career in.

1. The student will take that quiz and receive their results.

2. The student will then schedule a time with one of our fellows (mentors) who has expertise in understanding and supporting young high schoolers.

3. Our fellow (mentor) will then meet with that student to see if the exam results fit the student's personality, hobbies, interests, lifestyle, etc.

4. We will then personalize the student's schedule and pathway around that field.

Rather than helping with exceptionally specific majors, we will be helping students succeed in their field, as we understand that minor interest changes can be made in a field. We want to understand the core of every student's interests to ensure that we can help them create a pathway toward their desired field, not a specific major. This is why the following fields are the fields we will use to personalize our students pathways:

3. Medical

4. Business

5. General Education
