For every field that we will be helping the students with (computer science, engineering, medical, business, and general education), we will have a load of extracurriculars and awards/certification opportunities for them laid out. We will have two informational documents from which our students will make selections, and from the informational documents, depending on what our students pick and what they are interested in, we will create a long-term plan for them to get their extracurricular activities done and finish their certifications to gain a load of experience and expertise in their desired field.

1. The students will analyze the informational documents to see what extracurriculars & awards/certifications interest them.

2. After the students have made their selections, our fellows will meet up with our students to create an organized long-term plan for the students to get all of the selected extracurriculars & awards/certifications finished in their high school careers.
